Framed Oil on Canvas painting signed BURNETT
Caroline C. Burnett (1877-1950) was an American-born painter known for her impressionist street scenes of Paris.
The painting style often uses a palette knife technique, creating a thick, textured appearance.
The scene depicts a view of Paris, featuring the Sacré-Cœur basilica on Montmartre hill and the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
Burnett was a member of the Societe de Beaux-Arts in Paris and exhibited her works there in the late 1890s.
We do not have a COA for this piece, and it is therefore being sold in the manner of Caroline C. Burnett
