Beautiful, impressive eagle desk lamp.
The bird rests on a rock supported by a stepped square foot, due to the brass finish the lamp has a golden glow. It is a big lamp of nearly 1 meter high.
The eagle was cast by the Canadian company Loevsky & Loevsky White Metal Company and features gorgeous details.
Eagles were and are often used as a symbol by countries and organizations, because they supposedly radiate power, beauty and independence.
This desk lamp, sold by Deknudt Lighting Belgium, in a limited edition, is in good condition considering its age. Scratches and oxidation, nice patina.
